When we think of the holiday season, we immediately associate it with generosity and sharing. That’s why we’ve set up an initiative to support an organization that is dear to our community. Sometimes it’s the small gestures that have the biggest impact!

Together, let’s help brighten up the holiday season for families in the region!

Gift card donation – In support of the Maison des Familles

Until January 10, 2022, the public and local businesses are invited to donate a Cominar gift card for Carrefour Rimouski in the amount of their choice, on sale at customer service. All the gift cards offered will then be redistributed by the Maison des Familles Rimouski-Neigette to families in the region who are going through difficult times, to brighten up their holiday season.

For donations over $20, a charitable receipt will be issued by the Maison de la Famille de Rimouski-Neigette.

“The holiday season is a time that we look forward to all year long, and when our hearts are usually in a celebratory mood. Unfortunately, not all parents feel like celebrating during this period, as their worries and difficulties are often exacerbated and additional pressure is added. I would like to highlight the initiative of the Carrefour Rimouski, which will provide some families with a little kindness and comfort, and I invite the public to work some magic in turn by participating in the campaign,” says Tracy Thibeault, executive director of the Maison des Familles de Rimouski-Neigette.
