Raconter la science – Une occasion unique de plonger dans l’univers scientifique

Rimouski, April 19, 2024 – On Saturday, May 4, 2024, the 24 heures de science will be held in Rimouski at Carrefour Rimouski. More than 300 science and technology activities will be held throughout Quebec to stimulate the scientific and technological spirit of everyone. Telling science is a unique event organized by Ressources Aquatiques Québec, Technoscience Est-du-Québec and the Réseau Québec Maritime in partnership with Québec-Océan, the Observatoire d’oiseaux de Rimouski, the Institut maritime du Québec, Technoscience Est-du-Québec, Rikitik, the Club d’Astronomie de Rimouski, the Association forestière Bas-Laurentienne, Parlons sciences and the Engineering Department of UQAR.

It is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in fun scientific experiments and learn more about fish, whales, seabirds, astronomy, the forest and many other topics accessible to young and old alike.

The 24 heures de science is an open door to explore our world, discover our universe, get to the heart of scientific projects and even talk about innovation. Each meeting is an opportunity for discovery with specialists or facilitators who are passionate about ecology, chemistry, geology, human sciences, mathematics or health.

This festival, organized by Science for All and recognized by UNESCO, is also part of the Science Odyssey, a Canada-wide event presented by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
