As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team that is already passionate about serving customers.
Ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a new favorite piece—the ultimate “wow” experience.
Bring the MIA brand to life through outstanding merchandising and store presentation.
Oversee recruitment and training to maintain the high standards that define the MIA experience.
