As an assistant manager at Pentagone, you will need to:

• Welcome each customer with authenticity and enthusiasm, to provide them with a pleasant and attentive experience;
• Showcase the latest trends and promotions with your sense of style;
• Provide attentive and quality customer service;
• Replace the manager during their absences;
• Process web orders and ensure their follow-up;
• Handle emails and daily communications;
• Open and close the store;
• Complete sales and carry out transactions;
• Ensure the cleanliness and inspiring presentation of the store;
• Apply the company’s policies professionally;
• Collaborate with your team and accomplish any other tasks aimed at creating an exceptional customer experience.

• Experience in retail or store management (an asset);
